1. I’m a recovering introvert. Growing up, I was the quiet kid occupying herself in the corner, generally avoiding people. These days, I’m way more comfortable in social gatherings sometimes seeking out a good “party”, but I still like quiet time with me, myself and I.

2. Totally love cooking and baking but I hate having to clean up. In fact, I don’t like any kind of housework. It’s just bleh!

3. Not many people know that I was kind of home schooled. Long story…

4. Working in the book design and typesetting industry thus far, has been so much fun. I believe I’ve landed my dream job.

5. One day when Zeen and I have our own home, I’d like to set up my very own home office. Hopefully and ideally, I’d like to work from home and be stay-at-home mummy, God-willing.

6. I sometimes misspell words when I write, exactly the same way I make typos when I type.

7. My tolerance levels are way higher than a lot of people I know. I tolerate a lot of people I know too.

8. I read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy by the time I was 12 years old.

9. While we’re on books… for a few years as a child and teenager, I used to spend a few hours at the library every single day, except Sundays. I can’t remember all the books I’ve read.

10. I like Star Wars!

11. I’ve gone on way more holidays after I got married than in my whole life before then.

12. I have my Pro Nutro with boiling water and a spot of milk. My dad is… I mean was, a bit miserly and always scolded my siblings and I not to use up all the milk. I’ve become so accustomed to the taste that I can’t have it any other way.

13. My most embarrassing moment happened after my first day (during my only year) of high school. I fell out of the school bus. It was just before I had to get off. My hand slipped on the door handle and the door swung open with me still holding on. I was dragged for a few metres before the bus stopped. I came out bearing minimal scars but had a searing red face the next day on the bus.

14. I always wished I had bigger boobs.

15. I introduced my sister to her fiancé, knowing that they’d hit it off. I didn’t tell either of them about each other until the day they met. I’m so chuffed!

16. I’m eating cinnamon donuts right now.

17. Of all the people close to me, I’m most terrified of losing my mother and Zeen.

18. I haven’t seen the inside of a cinema in a while.

19. Two of my biggest fears are: finding out that the mole in my face is malignant and; dying in a car accident.

20. Zeen’s driving scares me, sometimes.

21. I used to be very skinny, so all my new “love handles” feels a little strange to me.

22. It seems that I have expensive tastes, not purposefully though. The few things that I like, just turn out to be more expensive than the things I don’t like.

23. As a kid, my grandmother who’s my only surviving grandparent now, used to scare me. We get along a lot better these days, she’s even felt comfortable enough to talk to me about how good her sex life with my grandfather was. Awkward!

24. I used to play netball competitively and was really good at it!

25. I never dated anyone or had a steady boyfriend before marrying Zeen.
