On my lower back, I have an incision about 6 centimetres long. It was made to remove quite a piece of inter vertebrae disc that was broken off and lodged into my spinal cavity where all nerves run through. It was putting pressure on the particular nerves running down my left leg leaving me unbearable pain..

My surgery was a success and for the first time after 6 months of being in constant pain… I am pain free, (other than the pain from the incision).
